1. Availability of rooms: A wide selection of Standard and Premium rooms is available, with options for Private, Double, or Triple Occupancy according to your preference and budget.

2. Basic Amenities in Rooms: Each room is equipped with luxurious beds and mattresses, wardrobes, lighting, fans, and other essential amenities. Bathrooms feature western commode systems, jet showers, and standard fixtures. Note: To ensure hygiene and cleanliness, we advise to use your own bed sheet, comforters, blankets, pillows and pillow cover.

3. Twenty-four hours running water: For the health and comfort of our students and working professionals, we offer filtered RO drinking water available twenty-four hours a day.

4. Water Cooler and Geysers: During winter, tenants can benefit from geysers installed in common areas, while water coolers are available in communal spaces.

5. Washing Machine for Laundry: A self-service washing machine is provided in communal areas, allowing tenants to conveniently manage their laundry.

6. Housekeeping Services: To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, housekeeping services are provided in each room thrice weekly at no extra charge.

7. Good quality food: We partner with verified vendors to deliver meals to your doorstep. Tenants may order breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a monthly package or daily meal basis.

8. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet: High-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost to tenants.

9. Monthly Pest Control: We offer top-tier pest control services to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests.

10. Great transportation facility: Our guest houses are strategically located to provide excellent transportation options. For example, Kolkata Airport is approximately 4 km away, Salt Lake Metro Station is around 3 km away, and Newtown is about 2 km from our accommodations.
